About the Role
You’ll be in charge of the full technical setup and breakdown — from screens and projectors to sound transmission and power distribution. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and with high-quality results.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate the full technical setup and breakdown of the drive-in cinema
Install and dismantle the projection screen, projectors, sound system (FM/DAB+), power cables, and lighting
Lead any technical crew or helpers during setup
Ensure all technical systems are stable, secure, and high-quality
Troubleshoot on-site issues (e.g. power, cabling, sound, signal)
Maintain and manage all technical equipment
You Are…
Technically skilled, with experience in event tech, AV setups, or projection
Practical, solutions-driven, and hands-on
Flexible with working hours, especially evenings and weekends
In possession of a driver’s license (own vehicle is a plus)
Reliable under pressure and capable of working independently
A good communicator who can take the lead during setup

About the Company
Cinair is a traveling drive-in cinema bringing magical film nights to iconic locations across Belgium. Guests enjoy movies from the comfort of their cars, with professional projection, FM audio, and atmospheric lighting. To make all of this happen, we’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Technical Manager.
